At Gauri Glow, every product is a natural, small-batch care ritual made for personal use. As these are skincare and personal-care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for opened or used products.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: your care matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you've received the wrong product, please email us at care@gauriglow.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
